What Should I Bring To My Appointment?
You may bring photos of wedding dresses that inspire you. We ask all brides to bring light colour undergarments (preferably seamless shapewear), a strapless bra, comfortable high heel shoes and a hair tie (for long hair). Your consultant will be assisting you with the fitting in the dressing room, so wear something you are comfortable in.
How Many People Should I Bring to My Appointment?
We recommend that you bring maximum three individuals who are key in helping you choose your wedding dress. Our bridal boutique is an intimate experience and we generally find that too many people make it hard for brides to decide on what wedding dress they truly love; and may detract from the overall experience.
Please note, Our Studio is Not Child- or Baby Friendly.
Is There a Fitting Fee For Trying On Wedding Dresses?
Yes, there is a fitting fee of R300 (one hour). Fitting fees are payable upfront to confirm the appointment.

Once you have confirmed the fitting date and time with us, we will then send you the bank details to EFT the fitting fee. Fitting fees are not refundable, if no-shows. You may change your appointment date, with at least 48 hour notice.

We offer a complimentary follow-up fitting, if required, to give you an opportunity to try your top 2 dresses on again (subject to stock availability and must be within 2 weeks, following the first fitting).
Do You Offer Alterations & Custom Changes?
Yes, we offer alterations in-house. Alterations are done around 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding, by our talented seamstresses. We also offer Custom Changes, where you can incorporate your own individual touches.
My Plan Is To Lose Weight Before My Wedding
Should I buy a smaller gown? This is not recommended. We will order/reserve your current size, at the time of the fitting/when placing the order, and the dress can be made smaller when it’s time for alterations (3-4 weeks prior to the wedding).
